Style | The polyester Disney dress

This weekend I’m pulling out the red lipstick, red ribbons and red polyester cape. Why? Because I’m being Snow White, y’all!

Just like last year. And the year before that. And the year before that. And the year before that.

What? Don’t look so disgusted.

I like to think it’s not sheer laziness, but rather that it’s my ‘thing’. Besides, it means I get to wear these metallic Betsey Johnson shoes, which are perfect for two things: this costume and Christmas parties.

P.S. Up until October 31st $10 from each purchase of Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev’s Hunger Bites tee will support Free The Children’s drought-relief efforts in East Africa. $10 feeds one person for a month in East Africa.

P.P.S. I’m such a proud big sis! My brother Bryce Dundon has released this spooky electronica tune just in time for All Hallows’ Eve.

I like the idea of doing the same styles every year…by the second or third year, you would have all the accessories perfect…and by the fourth or fifth year, you would really get into character!

    :)

Actually, I haven’t dressed up in ages…The last costume I wore was in high school, I donned black leggings and black turtleneck and black toque with a low bun, and painted my face like a mime…
