How many pieces of jewelry do you wear every day? Stylist Rachel Zoe says she wears about a dozen, I’d estimate that I wear half that.
But in some cases you need to wear only one piece to make a statement.
Especially when you’re talking about this beautiful silver Eternite necklace from Canada’s own Summer Ellis. It’s classic, it’s timeless, and it could be yours.
Because Summer Ellis is giving it away.
For one entry: Comment on this post and tell us how you’d wear it. (Clearly I’d wear it piled high with jewelry.)
For two entries: Write on The Anthology’s Facebook wall.
For three entries: Holler @TheAnthology on Twitter.
This giveaway is open to residents of North America, Europe and Asia. The lucky winner will be chosen on Tuesday, November 9th. Good luck!

I love accessories! I would wear this with a pretty blouse.
I have a rule of two pieces at a time. I’m a simple one when it comes to jewelry. It’s either earrings and a ring or necklace and ring, etc. Sometimes a bracelet will be added if there is no ring and very rarely, I do make it to three pieces. But I do layer necklaces and then they get tangled up and I don’t do it again for awhile out of frustration… This sounds so OCD but I just can’t pull off the multiple pieces look without feeling cluttered. LOL.
That necklace is beautiful, I love simple necklaces that I can wear everyday because it matches well with everything.
I usually just wear my Pyrrha wax seal monogrammed necklace everyday, but would definitely love to add this Eternite necklace in to the mix!
I’d definitely wear it layered with a bunch of my other necklaces with a plain white tee and jeans or a black tunic with tights. There are so many possibilities with a necklace like that, so I’m sure you know what I’m talking about!
Thanks for hosting such a great (Canadian) giveaway Kelsey!
White ruffled collared silk top, black pencil skirt, funky tights and blue suede pumps

I would wear it alone. I love the simplicity of one piece of jewelry.
I’d wear it alone. Simplicity at its best.
That is a beautiful necklace.
There are so many options as to how I’d wear it. I think its definitely one that you can wear up and wear down.
I would wear it with a simple, jeans, white tee and/or vest/tailored jacket. Pair it with some bohemian bracelets and a vibrant ring.
OR, I would wear it with this beautiful off the shoulder black dress I just recently bought. The dress itself is quite simple, so I’d again leave the necklace to give its own statement and pair it with some antique-y rings and rustic bracelets that I got from the nightmarket.
LASTLY! I have the perfect little red romper that would compliment the necklace perfectly. But, this time, I’d compliment the ring with a few more, longer necklaces, perhaps a locket. Then, have a simple, chunky bracelet on one arm.
With such a beautiful piece, the options are endless really!
i love the double chain on this piece! it’s so simple and gorgeous!
it’s definitely something that i could wear on its own to work, or piled up with other necklaces for the weekend. love it’s versatility!
I would wear this with a solid sweater/blouse with more colourful earrings. I like to keep things simple for work, and this would be perfect!
Beautiful necklace! I’m really looking to expand my jewellery with some bigger necklaces like this! Depending on the outfit, I would wear it either alone, or if I wanted to funk things up a bit, I’d layer it with other silver necklaces.

This necklace is for sure something i’d buy. It’s so simple but stunning at the same time. Perfect.
It’s going to be difficult to pick one outfit to wear it with because it would go with everything. I think i’d wear it with a simple black mini dress, tights and boots.
Melissa
(ps, I am going to go facebook and tweet about this)
I would definitely wear this necklace with a few other necklaces that I have that are shaped like leaves. I don’t want to wear something too loud that would take away from that necklace. I’d pair it with a simple outfit: sheer blouse, denim shorts, and black pumps.

I’d wearing it around my neck!
but seriously I’d wear it however my mood suits it that day!
SO PRETTY!
pretty pretty snow white!! dressing up in your personal style is fun, but dressing up for fun is epic! love halloween!
I would wear the necklace alone, with a buttoned blouse, skinny jeans, and ballet flats.
I am Canadian so i love Canadian designers. I would display this with a dress for going out or just a blouse and skinnies!
I’d pair this necklace with other dainty necklaces, but mixing up gold, silver and bronze. I’d wear it with skinny black jeans, an oversized grey tshirt, cute heels or boots, and a statement ring!
I think I’d have to let this piece be the shining star of my ensemble. I think I’d wear it with a simple white menswear button-down tucked into dark wash skinny jeans. And the shoes would be classic black pumps. Love love!! :)

another beautiful giveaway! i’d wear this on its own against a black or grey loose-fit tee and maybe a skirt or skinny jeans.
Ooh love giveaways! Thanks for doing this one :) I think I’m a bit inspired by the background of that photo that the prize is displayed in, so I would style this with a similarly patterned floral dress, nude peep-toe pumps, and a peachy cardigan. Oh, and let’s just throw on a couple of delicate silver bangles too!
gimme gimme gimme!!!
I love that! I think I am the opposite of you. Though I love when people can carry off piling on lots of jewellery, I’m definitely more of a minimalist when it comes to accessories.
I’d wear that beautiful piece with a plain black fitted long-sleeved tee, a maxi skirt and boots.
I love the simplicity of this necklace, although I’d probably wear it piled on with other necklaces!!
ps. Don’t know how i missed it, just added you to my blogroll :)
xoxo
I’d wear it solo on my neck with a low cut white tee, I’d have my ruby ring on, and wear hippie shoes… with brown socks ;-)
good post
This is quite the simple statement necklace, strong enough to stand on it’s on. I think I’d wear it backwards with a fun cocktail dress that has a lower cut back. Add some extra chain length to make it longer if needed!
what would rachel zoe say if i said i sometimes don’t wear ANY jewelry? haha, it’s true! but if i won this (and i’d quite like to!), i would probably wear it with some tights, boots, a high waisted skirt and a pretty blouse tucked in.
oooh, i’d wear it with a flowy blouse and skinny jeans! gorgeous!
I would pair this with something large and girly like a long strand of big pearls or beads and wear it with an oversized t shirt and a pair of high waisted trousers.
another lovely necklace!
I’d wear it alone…. over a black v-neck sweater with skinny jeans!
I would pair it with my gold hammered peace sign necklace which has a similar look to this one.
I would wear this with a black suit…

I would wear it with a TON of other pieces. I’m totally into wearing almost too much right now.
Ha! Me too, Rachel!
I love piling on the accessories. Especially when they’re real pieces (not just costume jewelry).
I’m coming on board to this a little late, I know, but I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself for not entering after seeing that necklace!
I grew up in the Middle East and remember walking through open air night markets and bazaars with my family and seeing all the tiny jewellery shops all in a row (and by tiny I mean only 2 people can go in at a time!). There was gold everywhere but also some amazing silver. In terms of jewellery I was raised with two beliefs:
1) All jewellery adorned should be likened to a work of art, let it stand out and play a big part
2) Sets. Buy gorgeous sets of interesting jewellery, it comes together beautifully.
Recently I’ve started to collect my own pieces and sets but I’ve become a fan of mixing and matching too – this sterling silver necklace would look beautiful with a sterling silver/mother of pearl ring I bought in Mexico earlier this year!
A necklace like this can make its own statement, paired with a classic navy shift dress or perhaps a solid-color strapless dress.
But having said that.. I also think it would look lovely paired with a gold necklace of a shorter chain, so that they almost layer on top of each other. I don’t care who says you shouldn’t mix gold and silver jewelry together – they’re both fabulous, so why not?
