As a woman that live and survived thuogrh Domestic Violence I would like to say thank you to Amy Eye and all of the authors that put there stories in this book. Domestic Violence is an on going problem not only for women but there are men that suffer from it as well. I was blessed to have a family that got me out of that situation and kept me out. So many will leave, but then they go back because they think that they will change because they say they will. It took me two months at Branches Domestic Violence center for them to convince me that I was not doing anything to deserve what he was doing to me. It is a mind game. They take your everything from you and break you down. God Bless you Amy for doing what you are doing for those who are not yet aware that they do not have to put up with abuse! I will be purchasing this book.Happy reading and writing*Teresa
