It’s Eco Fashion Week in Vancouver. And I couldn’t go to the opening party at AVEDA without wearing something earth-friendly, could I?
So I chose vintage (surprise, surprise) and rocked it from head to mid-calf (my boots are new).
What does the week hold? A celebration of green (not granola) designers like Vancouver’s own Nicole Bridger (the above photo is from her Fall 09 collection).
And parties with some of my favourite Vancouver blogettes (like the blurry and beautiful Melissa, Chloe, Alicia, Nicole and Carolina above).

Horrible visions of leprechauns danced in my head upon seeing the blog post title. Then it clicked that you were talking about Eco Fashion Week, and I have to say, you and all my favourite Vancity bloggettes are a darned sight more attractive than leprechauns!
The shows featured some great looks. Did you get to see any of them?
Great post Kelsey! Love the photos and esp loved your green outfit! I told you that you always look fab ;P
Yay! It was soooo awesome to meet you Kelsey, though it sort of felt like I already knew you haha! Loved your outfit as usual, especially the printed vintage blouse :) Hope to see you again soon xo
Your outfit is adorable and I love green + gold. Perfection.
Nicole Bridger continues to churn out the cutest pieces! I’m enjoying the day-by-day recaps of the shows and the SS11 collections! I will HAVE to be there next year.
I’m giddy with excitement to be apart of your blog post haha. It was really great chatting with you Monday night! You are such a sweetheart and you looked stunning in your vintage outfit. Hopefully us ladies can get together soon.
PS. I’m happy the picture is a little blurry. It hides the fact that we were all hot and sweaty ;)
loves the outfit sista!
Eco Fashion Week is such a fantastic idea. Lucky that all of you lovely bloggers get to attend!
