I’ve got the Olympics on the brain. It’s all I can think about.
Went to the dress rehearsal for the Opening Ceremonies last night and had goosebumps the whole time (I’m such a Canadian cheeseball).
So in the spirit of the maple leaf I’m going to wear red. A lot.
And even though it’s warm and sunny, I’ll rock my 2010 mittens. You better believe I’ll be waving them proudly when one of my best friends (and your favourite MTV host) Jessi runs the Olympic torch this afternoon (so excited for you, Jess!).
Go! Canada! Go!
P.S. Check out a few of my favourite things on Di Fabulous Blog.

I’ve got my mittens, my jersey and my toque… I’M READY!
do you find your mittens really big? i feel like a lego person or lobster with them on. hahaha
That’s so exciting for your friend!
I’m trying to stay excited for the Olympics but all i’ve seen so far is how much harder it is to go to my boyfriend. I’m a child and I worry about immature things ;)
Wow so excited for Jesse! What an honour!
Was trying to look for those mittens but all sold out :(
Every time I see that red blazer I get excited!! Love it!

I’m excited because it means a trip home! I’m not excited because that trip home means a flight that leaves at 6am…
