Now with even more geek!

Rihanna opened her “North American and Canadian” tour  in Vancouver. And as part of their N97 Mini Tour, Nokia was there. Guess who they brought with them…

Heather of Urban CowgirlSherry Lu and Michael Fashionista. And the Anthology!

Ke$ha opened. And I hate to admit it, but I love her. I mean, Tik Tok? It’s a classic.

Sherry wore the perfect shoes — Ke$ha’s Dinosaur is terrible, but terribly catchy.

rihanna

Rihanna brought all her hits: Disturbia, Live Your Life, Umbrella (her encore). She sang live(!) at times. But it wasn’t her voice I was mesmerized by. She is freakishly gorgeous.

Wore a vintage dress, which is actually my sister’s (thanks Rissa!).

vintage-necklace

And a vintage necklace, which is the gaudiest fake gold, even by fake gold standards.

frye-boots

And my trusty Frye boots, I’d wear them every day if I could get away with it.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go try to figure out how to work my new N97 Mini.

P.S. Get super techy and add the Anthology on Facebook.

FUN! Rihanna seems like she would put on a great live performance.. and I agree, freakishly gorgeous.

I am so iPhone-bound, it’s refreshing to take a look at other mobile options. The N97 Mini looks really user-friendly.

hey you were there too! rad show, right!
and I have to say … the best / most hilarious part of ke$ha singing that awful … yet catchy song, dinosaur, was when one of her dancers came out wearing yes, a dinosaur head piece.
    random, but kinda epic.

Do you have a link to theN97 Mini? It looks kind of interesting.

Larissa — You can definitely borrow it back. I didn’t even hem it, just pinned it so that’s why it’s got that bubble look.

Kumiko — I’m not surprised you’re an iPhoner. Such a techy ladybird!

CoutureCarrie — Me too! I can’t seem to take them off, I love them so much.

Anna — Thank you! Sherry’s a photographer so it’s a little intimidating photographing her shoes.

Lauren — So you loved it? Don’t know what was nuttier — the dino head or the stilt walkers during Distrubia. Freaked me right out.

Irina — Take a look here http://www.nokiausa.com/find-products/phones/nokia-n97-mini and you can try out my phone too

Oh Kelsey you truly attend the most lavish events – so glad you had a good time. I’m dying for a pair of those Frye boots myself!! :)

I am strangely attracted to the idea of getting some Converses and drawing dinosaurs on them.

Sherry’s dinosaur shoes are adorable! I esp love that the shoes are yellow. Sounds like you had fun at the concert (and why wouldn’t you?) esp when you’re decked out in a beautiful vintage dress like that. I love your burgundy clutch with the chain strap too!
