Unleashing my inner old man

He’s British I think. Judging by all the plaid and tweed. Or he could be Irish.

Either way, with the hunter rain boots and the men’s plaid shirt, my inner old man would be well dressed for the foggy countryside.

I sewed on the elbow patches myself. How shocked are you that I’m actually doing my own DIYing?

And then there’s my hat. Which is from an old man hat shop. In Dublin. Obviously.

Kelsey, you’re my hero. I LOVE elbow patches on blazers but I know that I could never “do them myself” hahaha my sewing skills are mediocre at best. Not even actually. Your inner old man is chic! Great fall outfit :)

Love this look! A friend of mine actually dresses like this constantly (he’s a guy though) and people keep thinking he’s British. Haha… I always thought I should try it out, because I do love tweed and the caps.
